We offer you the level of experience and expertise you should seek from any General Contractor or remodeler you hire. Our key personnel have over 25 years of experience.
How large is your staff?
We have several team supervisors that oversee the day to day work in the field and a small administrative staff to handle client request, billing, and etc.
Our clients really like the small office atmosphere and personal service we offer. We have none of the employee and personnel hassles that can plague larger landscaping companies and yet, we have enough personnel to service your needs unlike the "one man" company that always has to "return your call".
Why should I hire you to act as my General Contractor?
You should hire us only if you think we are the best match for your General Contracting and remodeling needs. We may be the best choice for some owners and properties but not for others.
That is why this FAQ page exists so that you can learn about us and and the guiding principles the we will employ in all contracting jobs.
Talk to other General Contractors and remodelers before hiring one, and ask questions. You want to be able to trust your choice so that you won’t be worrying about your remodeling job. The more research and information you gather, the better you will feel about your final decision. Of course, we’d love the chance to earn your trust and handle your remodeling job.
Do you require a contract?
In general, yes. A contract will accurately describe your remodeling job, your expectations, job milestones and our performance criteria. This will give you additional assurance your remodeling job will be completed to your specifications, on time and within budget.
Do you require prepayment for services?
Payment for services is stipulated in the contract. In general, payment is required after each "defined" goal or milestone is accomplished to your satisfaction and you have "signed off" on the work completed. In some instances, we might require a small down payment before work is begun. This down payment is used only for the purchase of materials required to begin the remodeling job. We NEVER prebill for any labor charges.
How often do you invoice and what are you payment terms?
We invoice per our agreement with you as stipulated in the contract. All invoices are due upon receipt. We currently accept cash and checks. We do not currently accept credit cards although we are working on implementating that process. We can also draft your bank account automatically if that is a service you would perfer.
